When Bruno started Bruno's Pizza in a small store in a shopping center in 1996, little did he know that he would be such a driving force in the slow movement and specially the artisanal pizza front, now with two locations in Peoria and Avondale. We focus on fresh ingredients and healthier food.

For Bruno, the food is a result of his relationships and his intention with the farmers, local producers, his family, customers, staff, and respect he approaches his recipes with.
